The racing this past weekend in Chandler, AZ for the finale of the 2011 Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series was some of the most action packed short course Mad Media has ever seen. Racers gathered from all over the country, and world in rally star Liam Doran’s case, to get in on the prize money for Sunday’s Challenge Cup.  At the end of Round 15 on Saturday, we witnessed new champions crowned, as well as old.  But it wasn’t until Sunday where the racing was unprecedented!  With Rodrigo Ampudia, Evan Evans, Kyle Leduc and Robby Woods all rolling, and amongst numerous black flags for questionable driving, there was no better way to end a great year of racing than an all or nothing blitz to the checkered flag.
