MAD MEDIA + TEAM DETROIT = SMOKING “ST SESSIONS” CAMPAIGN!
Mad Media kept busy this summer producing a five-part video series for Team Detroit/Ford, for their new Focus ST launch this fall. Here’s a sneak peak at what’s coming over the next six weeks. The campaign was directed by The Martelli Brothers and features the usual “over-the-top production” Mad Media is known for. Special guests include Vaughn Gittin JR, Ken Block, Tanner Foust, Brian Deegan, Matthew Johnson, Chrissy Beavis and more!

Mad Media made it out to Chicagoland Speedway for rounds 7&8 of the TRAXXAS TORC Series. As day turned to night, drivers fired up their engines in preparation for the night races. Mad Media Director of Photography, Vincent Knakal, finally got to test out the highly anticipated new Canon flagship DSLR, which opens a whole new range of creative possibilities in less than ideal lighting conditions.
2012 FORMULA DRIFT PRO CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES SEASON HEATS UP!
Mad Media has been shooting the entire 2012 Formula Drift Pro Championship Series. Some of the world’s best drifters have been battling head to head on race tracks across America and we have been there to capture the action. With two rounds left, the hunt for the championship has intensified as the top 5 in standings are within 63 points of each other.

Building a website for a regular company is one thing, but building a portal that is home to the entire UTV community is a much bigger task. Mad Media had to combine front end look and feel with back end function so the site would function as well as it looked. UTVunderground.com features a VBulletin based forum as well as a WordPress based content management system that allows the client to easily update their website on daily basis. The site is also very SEO (search engine optimization) friendly. We also produced several custom photo and video shoots to enhance the level of content featured on the website.
2012 X-GAMES RALLYCROSS!
X-Games is the largest action sports event in the world and is only a stone’s throw away from Mad Media HQ in Oceanside, CA. The gnarliest athletes in the world came to Los Angeles to battle for gold. Sebastien Loeb and Marcus Gronholm were among the world class drivers to compete in this years event. We shot photos as well as video, capturing the fuil intensity of rallycross.
