Mad Media is the crew behind many of Blocks most viewed videos, including the Gymkhana series and the wildly successful reveal of his 2011 Ford Fiesta RS WRC rally car. With that reveal clip in mind, Mad Media shot Travis and his new ride in studio and crafted the ultimate spoof viral video.
MONSTER ENERGY OFF ROAD TEAM: 2011 TORC SEASON OPENER AT REDBUD
The 2011 TORC Season Opener at RedBud was wild! Rain, thunder, and tornado warnings couldn’t stop Mad Media from bringing you the muddy action from the legendary RedBud Motocross track in Buchanan, Michigan. Thousands of dedicated off-road race fans braved the weather to watch the Monster Energy short course off-road team battle it out in the mud!
GARGOYLES EYEWEAR: MULTI-SPORT CREATIVE CAMPAIGN
Gargoyles are worn by top athletes and military personnel who demand high performance eye protection. Mad Media produced this multi-faceted campaign to showcase how Gargoyles Eyewear protects eyes from all elements. The pristine waters and highlands of Tonto National Forest provided a breathtaking backdrop for this campaign. Strong river currents and 80ft boulders didn’t slow Mad Media down…neither did the top-secret military shoot location!
GENERAL TIRE OFF-ROAD TEAM: THE 2011 SCORE BAJA 500
The General Tire Off-Road Team was primed and ready to go for one of the longest Baja races of the year. So was Mad Media. After pre-running the course with GT team member, BJ Baldwin, we found the sketchiest spots on the entire course and captured an array of amazing images for GT! Congrats to Marc Burnett for winning Class 6 and Colton Udall for a 2nd place overall!

Mobil 1 and Autozone are sponsors of Ken Blocks race program for 2011. We produced this slick web commercial for their Summer X Games sweepstakes that offers viewers a chance to win a trip to hang out with Mr. Gymkhana himself. A tight deadline, lots of moving parts, and tiny window in Ken’s schedule…were all obstacles we overcame to get this spot shot, edited, and out the door to activate on the Mobil 1 and Autozone sponsorship.
