As one of the worlds largest action sports media groups, Primedia is constantly charged with the task of explaining the marketing potential of the action sports industry to groups and companies that may not know much about this market. A solid media kit is absolutely essential when pitching large “non-endemic” corporations like McDonalds and Pepsi on print and web campaigns. In a rare move, Primedia went outside of their own design department and entrusted the skilled designers at Mad Media to conceptualize, design, and deliver their most important piece of printed work. We utilized breathtaking photography and clean, modern designs to both reinforce the impact these sports have on youth culture, and keep the messages Primedia needed to communicate to potential advertisers uncluttered.
