PCI Race Radios T-Shirts
PCI Race Radios was founded by Bob “The Weatherman” Steinberger in 1974, combining his passion for off-road and radio communications. Bob pioneered radio communications in off-road, becoming the official the safety operations channel. Nicknamed “The Weatherman” by automotive icon Joe MacPherson, Bob is known as the voice of off-road desert racing. We still love designing shirts, especially when it is for someone we respect. There is something fulfilling about creating something and seeing people wear it.
We took a portrait that our Director of Photography Vincent Knakal took of Bob and turned it into this stylized illustration that would work well for screen printing.
The other shirt design was a more basic illustration of the PCI Race Radios logo.
